$CE is a valueless governance token that will be used to control and drive the community, the token will hold no liquidity pool, if you ever find one that means Bobdbldr is trying to scam you. So be watch out.

*But but ser Nic , how can we purchase $CE token?

There is no way to purchase this token, and that’s the point of it, dear degens this token will be earned through:

• alpha to earn: provide a useful alpha on telegram and you shall be airdropped

• competition: every person that will win in the future competitions held by CE will be rewarded with several prizes, $CE token is included

• contractual labor: community members who agree to hold certain roles and fulfill certain tasks pre-defined by the team will be paid out in $CE tokens

• watching and participating in community talks: participants in our community efforts / lives / talks will be airdropped $CE tokens depending on their engagement

• sieve activity: the eye of Sauron is watching you all, all the active members will be recognized, and believe me, you want to be recognized

1- The token will represent your weight in the community, and by that your voting weight, your allocation weight, your ownership weight (more on that later)

2- Holders will be eligible for all the auctions, prizes and raffles that will accrue, all depending on the size of their position

3- The token can be traded OTC (Over-the-counter) to purchase more power

4- You can bribe one of the admins to consult you in what you desire (project, token, question, NFT collection ..) the tokens will be burned

The maximum supply will be 694,200 tokens

We can’t ignore the founder’s effort in creating all of this, for that purpose he will have the lion’s share.

Also the CE army that built, designed and executed all of this will have its cut of the pie too

I am fomoing ser, for how long can we do this?

The incentive program will run for 2 years, and according to that we will distribute the tokens.

- 20% through participation:

If we take that we have 1 meeting per week, in 2 years we will have 104 meetings

So, 20% * 65% * 694200 / 104 = 867.75 tokens per meeting

500 tokens for the people who asks questions and contribute to the discussion

367.75 tokens divided to all the attended people

- 15% sieve activity:

the top 10 active people on telegram will be recognized and rewarded for their participation, the ones that send meaningless messages just to get their score up will be kicked out.

the distribution will be based on a monthly bases, we will take a snapshot and airdrop the people who earned it.

15% * 65% * 694200 / 24 = 2820.18 token / month

The distribution will be weighed, the 1st will take 10x, the second 9x, the third 8x … So …

Move on, we admire poker gamers and we want to reward all the good players, so in every game we will save an allocation and the winner takes it all.

- 15 % alpha to earn:

Share and earn dear frens, the utility is coming, and it is coming strong

- 20% contractual work:

In addition to alpha-to-earn, we will also allocate 20% of CE’s supply to employees, who will be community members who have fixed roles, responsibilities and deliverables which will agree to work with by completing certain tasks that we, as CE team give them on a regular basis.

- 25% monthly competitions:

We only grow with challenge, that was a clear lesson to learn through history, and watching our community grows with time was lovely, so to help and encourage this we will do a monthly competition, any one can join, open warfare space, may the best survive till the end (details on that later)

CE DAO

Every person who holds more than 0.5% of the supply can propose a change or an edit to the system, telegram, community addition.

The mechanism of the voting will be explained later.

Any proposal will be considered if the total voting >= 20% of the total circulating supply.

Any proposal will be accepted if delta I yes — no I / (total votes) >= 10%

7500–6942 = 558, 558 * 0.6 = 334.8 vote

6942–694.2 = 6247.8, 6247.8*0.8 = 4998.24 vote

694.2 = 694.2 vote

Total voting power = 6027.24 vote

We know that some of you can transfer to another wallet to vote and acquire more voting power, and we know that you know that we know that, if you are taking the effort to do all of this just to have more power, you probably deserve it, and we will allow that in V1
